Direct referrals and word of mouth advertising are key pieces of any marketing plan, particularly for service businesses and professionals. This interactive presentation will include discussions of the topics above. Participants will learn that “networking” is only one step in an overall strategy to build a “river” of repeat referrals.
During the presentation, participants will be able to discuss challenges and successful tactics with the group. Using a workbook, participants will leave the presentation with a personal referral strategy.
Paula Paisley is an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience helping businesses grow by improving financial control. Prior to starting her own business, Paisley held accounting positions in construction, real estate development, property management and public accounting.
Ms. Paisley is a member of the QuickBooks ProAdvisor®Program, National Society of Accountants and the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. She is a Chester County native and graduate of the University of Delaware.
