The business plan is a vision of how income and cash flow can be moved
up to new levels of accomplishment.
This workshop, presented by Don Surr, focuses in on a real time check-off
of planned actions and of resultant financial gain systematic monitoring of
planned vs. actual. How well is that business plan vision unfolding in real time?
What adjustments in plans and forecast may need to be made along the way?
The hope is that a group of chamber members will bond in encouraging each
other to put this process into operation in their own businesses. Score stands
