The Solo & Entrepreneur Roundtable is for Members looking for ideas, tips, and expertise to simplify responsibilities, balance their many roles, and achieve steady growth.
Don’t do it alone--take your seat at the table.
Membership Requirements:
  • Chamber Member-in-Good Standing
  • 0–5 years of entrepreneurial experience
  • Commitment to attend at least 11 of 12 meetings annually
  • Annual fee: $200; paid up front

​Time: 8–10 a.m., second Friday of every month
Location: Online, with the exception of a quarterly in-person meeting at the SCCCC Office, 8 Federal Road Suite #1,
West Grove, PA 19390

Build Trust Within Our Group
Our group is a space where Members Will bring their challenges and concerns. Every discussion is important. Don’t diminish discussions with inappropriate humor. Demonstrate trust by honoring your commitment to our group. Maintain group confidentiality at all times.

Speak Intentionally
Speak to progress the discussion. Say what you mean, and be willing to ask questions, share ideas, or raise issues that may cause conflict when it’s necessary for group success. Be courageous enough to say what needs to be said. Address issues directly with those who are involved or affected.
Listen Generously
Listening is more than simply “not speaking.”  Give others your undivided attention. Be present and engaged. Minimize distractions. Let go of the need to agree or disagree. Suspend your judgment and be curious to know more. Above all, listen to understand.

Embrace Diverse Perspectives
​What got us here is not the same as what will get us to the next level. Get outside your comfort zone. Be open to learning from others, no matter what role they have, regardless of their age, industry, experience, or tenure with our group. We make better decisions when we consider multiple perspectives. Be excited by the possibilities that change, and growth bring. Be flexible.
