Plantology on Tap: Meeting Our Green Relations
At The Creamery of Kennett Square February 16, 6–7 pm We’ve proudly teamed up with The Creamery of Kennett Square to offer engaging horticultural experiences in this spirited community space. For our February Plantology on Tap, Christopher Bolden-Newsome, co-creator and co-director of Sankofa Community Farm at Bartram’s Garden and co-founder of Truelove Seeds, leads an engaging discussion about plants and belonging, and the power of eating culturally significant foods. Asian-Inspired Garden Design (Virtual)
Begins April 4, Register by March 30 In this online experience, explore the components of traditional and interpretive Asian gardens and how to adapt those components in innovative ways, from rock placement to incorporating garden elements. As an optional extension of this experience, join us for a day-long bus trip to Delaware Quarries (Langhorne, PA) and the Morris Arboretum of the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, PA) to see an array of applications and Asian-inspired gardens in person.
