CONNECTIONS is a referral and networking program of the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce (SCCCC). Join us on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday mornings at 8:00 am via ZOOM. Contact Jeffrey Heavener, Vistum Consulting with questions or to schedule a date to attend a meeting as a guest. Referral groups are set up by one person per industry - and one Chamber member is invited to participate in one group.
Members of the Chamber's referral groups are members-in-good standing of the Chamber and represent unique business industries – and – there may be more than one category per industry, depending on the nature of the business. There is no additional cost to be part of a Chamber referral group, however, the one requirement is that you are in the room. Members are required to attend unless you are out of town on business, on vacation, etc.
Increase your exposure to like-minded professionals, gain referrals from a sound network base and sharpen your networking skills.
“All things equal, people will do business and refer business to people they know, like and trust.”

The Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce offers members-in-good-standing the opportunity to expand their customer base
and grow their business by participating in one of our three business referral & networking groups:
SCCCC: G.R.O.W., BizNet, or CONNECTIONS.
There are no additional fees to join a Chamber referral group, and, the only requirement is this: unless you are out of town, on vacation, or ill, you are expected to attend the sessions since one of the key reasons we meet is to build our relationships with each other and refer business.

"When I opened my business and joined the SCCCC, I attended the “Drive Your Membership” program, where the resounding message I got from those who presented and those I met there was “you get out what you put in”. Because of this, I decided I wanted to join one of the referral groups. On the advice from that day, I tried all three before I made a decision about which would be a best fit for me. I’ve found that getting together with folks from other industries consistently and frequently has not only opened my eyes to new ideas for my business, it’s allowed me to look out for opportunities to recommend those I trust. My business is very niche and specific, but it’s been great how I’ve been able to collaborate with those in my group for different clients, referrals, and projects. Unlike a BNI, there is no mandates on attendance or referrals, which I really liked. You get to know the people in your group and they become friends. For me, Connections has been a great place to refocus on my business, get input from colleagues I trust, and build a network I can refer to."
