Who We Are: The Southern Chester County Young Business Leaders provide ambitious young professionals in the region the opportunity to make valuable connections with peers from different industries, access to the region's most prominent and influential leaders, assist with professional development, as well as volunteer opportunities with local nonprofits.
What We Do: The Young Business Leaders offers professional development and networking opportunities to our Members under 40 years of age. These young professionals also undertake community service activities in support of organizations throughout our region. Through monthly business and social events, this group is actively engaging in the business community while developing leadership skills and business connections that will serve them throughout their careers.
Responsibilities:
The Young Business Leaders committee is tasked with planning a combination of educational, volunteer, and networking opportunities.

SCC YBL Steering Committee Chair: Casey Smith, Hampton Inn & Suites Chadds Ford
Casey Smith has been the General Manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites Chadds Ford for 3 years. She has worked throughout the hospitality industry over the past 7 years in Sales, Operations, Catering and Guest Relations, and is currently working towards a degree in Business.

These young professionals also undertake community service activities in support of organizations throughout our region. - Invite and recruit other Young Business Leaders for events
