In partnership with the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce (SCCCC), Chester County Planning Commission (CCPC), Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC), and local municipalities, interested parties are now able to identify sites available for appropriate development.
 
The Route 1 Corridor in Southern Chester County offers unmatched egress and infrastructure to locate or expand your existing business.  Southern Chester County is situated in the perfect location for commerce and business in the Southeastern part of Pennsylvania: 30 miles west of Philadelphia; surrounded by Delaware, Montgomery, Berks and Lancaster counties in PA and bordering the states of Delaware and Maryland. Located in the southeast corner of Pennsylvania, Southern Chester County lies west of West Chester, south of the Pennsylvania Main Line and covers the lower one-third of Chester County.

In an effort to provide an easy-to-use format to view available development sites, the partnership created a mapping tool to perform property searches designed for viewers to learn about available properties across the Southern Chester County region.
